• The Aputure 700X Storm is a 700W point-source fixture that uses the brand’s groundbreaking BLAIR chipset for increased accuracy, with a wide CCT range of 2500 to 10,000K and full green/magenta correction.
• The light is also IP65 weather resistant, wirelessly controllable, and features a locking Bowens mount compatible with an array of accessories and modifiers.
• The head itself weighs 5.15kg with the yoke, while the control box adds 4.1 kg. Those are solid numbers for a 700W fixture, and should help the Aputure 700x Storm find a spot in studio and on-location work.
• Other specs are par for the course with Aputure—stepless dimming, Sidus Link compatibility, DMX profiles, nine lighting effects, four fan modes (Smart, High, Medium, and Silent), and four dimming curves (Linear, Exponential, Logarithmic, and S-Shaped).
